Derek Christopher has been a resident of TOT for almost 3 years. With a BS in Finance and a law degree, Derek also brings to the Board experience in mortgage banking and real estate. He runs his own company managing and representing screenwriters, lecturers and speakers in the Television and Film Industry.

Miriam Claire and her family have lived at Top O' Topanga since 1999. Her work as a resident, neighborhood realtor specialized in manufactured and modular homes, coupled with her background in property management, position her to offer the Board a unique, practical perspective. She has served on a variety of committees over the years and represented the HOA for the sale of a home owned by the Association (she also represented the buyer).

Susan Garrigan has been a resident at TOT since May of 2003. She is a Senior Vice President of Finance for a large nationally known insurance brokerage firm that specializes in the entertainment industry including film and television as well as large commercial risks and high net worth individuals. Susan also holds a current State of California Insurance Agents License and has handled accounting and insurance at various management levels for over 25 years. She brings a wealth of professional, business, accounting and insurance knowledge to the board. In additional to this she served on the board for her previous homeowners association for many years being actively involved each year in the budget and all finance issues.

Neal is the president of both Model Home Center, Inc., a Manufactured Home Dealer and Structural Consultants M, Inc., a local contractor specializing in home installation. Neal has been involved with Top o' Topanga for several years, first with the installation of many of the communityÕs newer homes, then as an owner. When asked to serve on the Top O' Topanga Board of Directors, he felt his background with the community and the manufactured home industry, could be put to use and agreed. Neal's experience in business and construction has been useful as the Board continues to protect and represent the community.

Perri is the newest board member.

Geo Snelling has been with the board since 2004. He and his wife are enjoying the beginning of a fourth year in Topanga. He is employed as a software engineer for a well-known entertainment firm.

Andrea Tice has been a resident of the Top since 1979. She has seen and assisted TOT in its transformation from a seniors only mobile home park to the condo conversion it is today. Over the years she has served on numerous committees, published the TOT newspaper and served on both the ROAR and HOA Boards.
