  • I googled Suzuki Manji and you were one of the first sites listed. I checked out 3 or 4 other sites and your prices were the best so I thought I would give you a try. I have been happy with another site's delivery and service, but their price was about $15.00 more per harmonica. Unfortunately, in today's economy, money is tight and so if your service is as good as theirs and your prices stay competitive, you will be seeing a lot more of my business.

  • I just wanted to send a message of thanks to Dave Gage. In the fall of last year I ordered a Hohner 580 Meisterklasse from this website. A couple days after placing my order, Dave himself called me. Not a sales rep., not an automated machine, but the business owner himself. He informed me that my particular harmonica was sold out and currently on order and asked if I would mind waiting until it came in (2-4 weeks). Not a problem, I told him.

    He then went on to discuss my interests in playing harmonica and offered a few tips. We ended up talking for about 25 minutes, and when I hung up I felt even better about my choice in harmonica, and the place I bought it from.

    In a few weeks, I received my order and began practicing on it. Unfortunately, I went into the hospital shortly after receiving the harmonica, but I want you all to know that I am alive and well, and the first thing I asked for my family to send me when I woke up from my coma was that harmonica I ordered from your website.

    You may remember me as probably your most recent accidental double order. As soon as I realized what had happened I started whining. My wife said that I had surely done something amiss such as "Submitting" more than once. She is usually right about most things and was no doubt right about this. I said that it would be a miracle if I were able to get it straightened out in less than six months. And wasn't I wrong. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to immediately get both your personal phone call AND your email. Not only that but my order has already arrived, apparently sent by rocket sled, and my account has already been credited. It has been a pleasure doing business with you. I wish there was something decent I could do for you in a business way. If I need any other harmonica-related items I will certainly purchase them from you. I have already related my experience to other folks as an example of what we all wish the world to be.

    My sister is bipolar and has suffered severly from that for years. She used to play a very decent violin but gave it up long ago. In visiting with her recently she said that she had been thinking about playing the harmonica which is what caused me to order a CD & harmonica from you (twice). I am hoping she will follow through with it and give the harmonica a try.

    Well thank you again and you have earned a new customer. Spectacular customer service!!

    I have been buying my harmonicas from a local shop for 20 years, and the location is not convenient and the price, like everything else, has gone up lately quite a bit. For me to pay a bit more and have them delivered to my door is worth every penny. Especially with service like this.

    Anyway, I am looking forward to trying the Manjis. I have been playing Special 20's for 30 years, and recently tried a custom shop harmonica that plays like a dream but keeps on breaking every 5th or 6th gig. Great to find a fair and concerned outlet for harmonica stuff!!!
    I hope other customers appreciate this type of care and service!
