can you help me??

The 1101 XB-40 Extreme Bending Harp...what can you tell me about this?? Or can you reccomend something better suited for me...my fiance has only been playing for a short while and doesn't know too much of the "technical stuff", he is teaching himself how to play. Right now he has a "hohner marine band" in B. He wants a new one for his birthday that has "more range" and that is "better". Can you help me out at all??
